Salon Policies Cancellation Policy I require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made after that time will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding. Booking & Payment A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card is kept on file to hold the booking only and will not be charged until after your service is completed. Payment is due in full before leaving the studio. Accepted forms of payment include cash or credit/debit card. Please note a 3.5% processing fee applies to all non-cash payments. Pricing Service pricing may vary depending on time, product usage, and hair density. Adjustments If any changes are needed after your service, please reach out within 1 week. After that time, it will be considered a new service and priced accordingly. Late Policy If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no-show, subject to the cancellation fee. In some cases, appointment times may shift by 15 minutes earlier or later to accommodate scheduling. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a late fee may apply. Scheduling I recommend booking your next appointment 1–2 months in advance to secure your preferred time. Waitlist requests are always welcome. Extended Hours Appointments outside of regular business hours/days are available upon request for an additional fee. Fantasy color/ Keratin treatment I do not offer fantasy colors (blue, pink, silver, grey, etc.), or keratin treatments. but I’m happy to refer you to a specialist who does. Service Timing Every head of hair is different. I take my time to ensure the best possible result and never rush services. Because of this, appointments may occasionally run longer than expected. Please plan accordingly when booking. Photography You may be asked if I can photograph your hair for social media. You are always welcome to decline. Gratuity Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. It may be given via cash, Venmo, or credit/debit card.Business Hours
