I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations after that point are subject to a 75% charge of the service booked. Thank you for understanding. Outside business hours/days are available upon request for an additional cost. Credit cards are used to hold an appointment only. You will not be charged until after the service. Payment must be made before leaving the studio. Payments can be made using Cash, or Credit/Debit Card* (*Note: 3.5% fees apply for all non cash transactions) While never expected but always appreciated, gratuity can be given by venmo, cash, or credit/debit card. All pricing can be higher or lower depending on the amount of time spent and product used. Any changes made to hair must be made within 1 week of the service. Otherwise it will be considered a new service. And will be booked as such. I don’t do any FANTASY COLORS (blue,silver,pink,grey etc.) but I’m happy to recommend an artist who does!! :) If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. The appointment will be considered a no-show and subject to a cancellation fee. You may be asked to come 15 min earlier/later than your scheduled time. This is to accommodate my clients in the most efficient way. If you are more than 15 min late you will be subject to a late fee. Thank you for understanding. I recommend booking your future appointments 1-2 months out to ensure you can get in at your desired date. Waitlist requests will be taken. Hair is never an exact science. I will never rush you, the client before you, or the client after you. And because I strive to give you the best hair, services can run over estimated time allotted. In turn, please don’t rush me. Check the length of the service before booking to ensure you have enough time in your day to schedule. you may be asked to have your hair photographed. This is used for my social media.
